KAVTORA, LLC operates KavTora. References to KavTora, "we", "us", or "our" mean KAVTORA, LLC, unless a policy says otherwise.

Purpose

This policy protects KavTora, customers, providers, vendors, and the public from unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or disruptive API use.

Prohibited activity

• Illegal activity, fraud, phishing, malware, spam, or deceptive conduct.
• Harassment, threats, exploitation, or content that violates another party's rights.
• Attempts to bypass rate limits, billing controls, security, provider limits, or access restrictions.
• Scraping, probing, load testing, or reverse engineering without permission.
• Submitting secrets, regulated data, or third-party content without proper rights and safeguards.
• Routing API requests that violate provider policies or applicable law.

AI and automation responsibilities

Customers are responsible for prompts, API requests, configurations, outputs, automation decisions, and downstream use. Outputs should be reviewed before use in legal, financial, medical, employment, safety, or other high-impact contexts.

Enforcement

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access; remove content; preserve records; notify affected parties; or report activity when necessary to protect the service or comply with law. Report abuse to[email protected].
