Agreement

KAVTORA, LLC operates KavTora, One AI API Platform, at kavtora.com. By using the website or service, you agree to these Terms of Service and the linked policies in the footer.

Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate account, contact, and billing information.
• You are responsible for account credentials, sessions, API keys, provider credentials, routing settings, and workspace activity.
• We may suspend access to protect the service, enforce policy, or comply with law.

Digital service access

KavTora is a digital SaaS API routing service. Access is delivered electronically through account registration, login, API key provisioning, workspace access, and payment confirmation when payment is required. No physical goods are shipped.

API routing and providers

The service routes customer API requests to configured AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, DeepSeek, Mistral, and other compatible services. Provider availability, model behavior, pricing, rate limits, and output quality may change outside our control. Customers are responsible for using providers in compliance with applicable provider terms and laws.

Payments, credits, and refunds

Paid AI credit packs and usage-based features are billed through third-party payment processors. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. Chargeback, duplicate charge, and payment dispute questions should be sent to [email protected] before opening an external dispute where practical.

Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful business purposes. You must not abuse the platform, bypass security, scrape the service, disrupt availability, infringe rights, route prohibited content, or submit API requests that violate the Acceptable Use Policy.

Customer content

You retain rights to the content you submit through API requests and the workspace. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, route, display, secure, troubleshoot, and support that content in connection with the service.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service reliable, but the service may change, pause, or be unavailable because of maintenance, incidents, vendor outages, provider API changes, security needs, or legal requirements.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. AI and automation outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before reliance. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
